For people who wish to undertake progressive work over several appointments. The pace of the sessions is adapted to your situation and how it develops.
The package remains entirely optional and does not involve automatic renewal.
Before Your Session
Sessions are available by appointment only and last approximately one hour. You remain fully clothed throughout the session, so simply wear loose, comfortable clothing.
If you have recent medical examinations — X-rays, MRI scans or medical reports — you may bring them with you. They can provide useful information to help guide the work.
Please also let me know if you are pregnant or have recently undergone surgery, experienced an injury or trauma, or have any other relevant medical information.
During the Session
We begin with a simple conversation about what brings you here. The work generally takes place on a mat on the floor. A treatment table is available if required for your mobility or comfort.
You can talk, ask questions or remain silent. You are free to express what you are feeling at any point.
Before finishing, we repeat a few movements to observe any changes in pain or mobility, and then briefly review the session together.
After the Session
You can normally continue with the rest of your day. The main thing is to keep living and moving as usual, without being overly cautious but also without forcing yourself.
A change may be immediate or develop gradually. Fatigue, muscle soreness or a temporary increase in pain may also occur, particularly the following day. These reactions should then begin to ease.
If you notice no improvement within three days, or if any reaction concerns you, you can contact me so that we can review the situation together.
When a second session appears useful, I will generally suggest it within one to two weeks.
