WORKSHOPS & TRAININGS
Body, Presence, and Embodied Sensitivity
The trainings I offer are spaces for learning and deep transformation, through the body, presence, and direct experience.
They are not only meant to transmit practices, but to allow participants to live processes that can then be integrated and continued autonomously in everyday life.
These trainings are open to anyone who feels curious and wishes to deepen their relationship with the body, consciousness, and inner clarity, within a respectful, safe, and non-forcing framework.
Wuo Taï
Body Practice — Movement, Fascia, and Presence
Wuo Taï is a gentle yet profound body practice, based on continuous movement, spirals, and wave-like motions of the body.
It acts directly on the fascia, mobilizing the body in all its dimensions, without constraint or any pursuit of performance.
This practice allows one to:
restore elasticity and mobility to the tissues,
gradually release bodily stiffness,
ease emotional tension held in the body,
soften postural habits and unconscious automatisms,
reestablish a sense of fluidity, coherence, and presence.
Wuo Taï does not seek to correct the body, but to invite it to reorganize from within, through slow, respectful, and deeply regulating movement.
An Embodied and Integrative Practice
Beyond movement, Wuo Taï is a practice of presence and relationship.
By refining the listening to sensations and movement, it becomes a support to:
develop a more conscious and subtle relationship with the body,
calm the nervous system and support deep regulation,
allow a finer clarity to emerge in sensation, presence, and action.
Wuo Taï is practiced with another person. Unlike primarily individual practices such as yoga, it invites one to step out of personal boundaries and enter into direct relationship — through touch, shared movement, and mutual listening. This encounter becomes a true path of transformation, where habits, resistances, and automatisms are gently revealed and softened.
This training is therefore intended for those who wish to go beyond an individual body practice and engage in deep work that opens toward relationship with others, the world, and oneself — as well as for practitioners who seek to enrich their approach through a gentle, precise, and deeply integrative practice.
Meditation
Practicing Presence and Cultivating Clarity
The meditation practice I offer is an embodied one, grounded in the lived experience of the body, breathing, and sensation.
It is not about “emptying the mind” or reaching a particular state, but about learning to be present with what is — with simplicity, honesty, and continuity.
This training aims to:
develop a stable and living presence,
clarify inner sensing and emotional states,
recognize automatic reactions and mental patterns,
cultivate conscious clarity in perception and action,
support a lasting transformation in one’s relationship to oneself.
A Living Meditation, Integrated into Everyday Life
The practice is oriented toward integration into everyday life.
Participants learn to recognize the inner mechanisms at work, to welcome them without judgment, and to allow more appropriate responses to emerge, rather than conditioned reactions.
Meditation then becomes a concrete tool for transformation, in service of:
greater inner peace,
increased clarity in choices,
coherence between body, emotions, and consciousness.
Framework and Structure
These trainings are an invitation to fully inhabit the body, develop conscious presence, and support deep transformation — spiritual, concrete, and embodied.
