Bodywork, Somato-Emotional, and Integrative Support

As a rebouteux, I accompany people facing bodily tension, persistent pain, ongoing stress, or emotional overload through precise bodywork, empathic listening to the body, and deep processes of integration.

My approach is not based on standardized techniques, but on the creation of a safe, respectful framework, attuned to your rhythm, allowing the body to regulate itself, release what is being held, and regain clarity, presence, and coherence between sensations, emotions, and actions.

I offer two forms of support, depending on the nature of the request and each person’s individual path.

Therapeutic Support

Body & Emotional Regulation

To soothe, release, and help the body reorganize

This form of support focuses on physical and emotional tensions that have settled over time — pain, blockages, chronic stress, compensatory habits, and unconscious reactions.

Through in-depth bodywork — precise touch, gentle rebouteux work, fascial mobilization, and attention to somatic automatisms — it aims to release tension, support nervous system regulation, and restore freer mobility, while accompanying what is still being held and lived in the body.

This is a progressive and structured process, adapted to your personal history and sensitivity, allowing exploration of what emerges both in bodily sensation and in emotional experience.

Concrete support for improved well-being.

Consciousness Support

Body & Presence Integration

To deepen presence and inner awareness

This form of support is oriented toward inner exploration and a conscious relationship with the body — learning to sense without judgment, to fully inhabit what is present, and to allow a finer inner clarity to emerge.

It invites exploration of awareness through movement, breathing, sensations, and emotions, not as goals to be achieved, but as gateways to a living presence to oneself. The body becomes a guide rather than an obstacle.

This path supports a unification of body, emotions, and consciousness, opening a space for transformation that is more subtle, deep, and integrated — where impulses toward action gain greater accuracy, freedom, and alignment.

A path to fully inhabit who you are.

How the support unfolds

Sessions can take place in the office in Chambéry or Domessin, and some sessions may also be offered remotely once the framework is established and a relationship of trust has been built.

Each session unfolds within a safe and respectful framework, where nothing is forced, where listening to the body comes first, and where the tools used — rebouteux work, mobilizations, conscious movement, and empathic listening — serve as supports for what is present, never as ready-made solutions.

A clear framework supporting the depth of the work

These forms of support:

  • are not occasional comfort treatments,

  • do not rely on standardized techniques applied mechanically,

  • do not promise instant or spectacular results.

They require:

  • sincere engagement,

  • inner availability,

  • a certain regularity.

The framework is there to protect the depth of the work — both for the person being supported and for myself — so that what emerges in the body, emotions, and consciousness can be heard, respected, and integrated.

Occasional Individual Sessions

It is possible to come on an occasional basis, without committing to a long-term process.

These support sessions can help to:

  • relieve a temporary tension or discomfort,

  • check in or gain clarity around a situation,

  • discover the approach through an initial session,

  • receive support at a key moment.

They offer a simple and accessible space to take care of yourself in the present moment.

Other formats

In addition to individual support, I also offer:

  • workplace interventions to prevent stress, enhance quality of presence, and support well-being at work,

  • workshops and trainings focused on the body, movement, listening, and presence.

These formats have their own framework and are presented on the dedicated pages.
