Body-Based and Somato-Emotional Support in Savoie
The body knows. My role is to help it complete what’s still unresolved.
To fully go through what has been felt, so the body no longer has to carry it by itself.
Persistent muscular pain, deep tension, or a sense of emotional overload are not problems to push aside. They are often signals from the body, indicating that an inner process remains unfinished.
This work does not rely on quick fixes or mechanically applied techniques, but on a subtle listening to the body, with attention to tension, emotions, and what is ready to be released, integrated, and transformed.
When the body becomes a place of understanding and clarity
Life experiences, undigested emotions, and stress are held in the body.
Over time, they can give rise not only to tension and blockages, but also to adaptive patterns. These automatisms are unconscious responses that shape the way we hold ourselves, breathe, feel, and act in the world.
Through carrying, containing, or protecting ourselves for too long, something begins to freeze: inner movement becomes restricted, and vital energy grows quieter, sometimes almost imperceptible.
Somatic and somato-emotional work aims to restore movement where something has remained unfinished, to soothe the nervous system, and to gradually bring these mechanisms into awareness.
As the body releases and reorganizes, clarity can emerge — in sensation, in presence to oneself, and in the ability to act in ways that are more aligned and intentional, rather than reacting automatically from old patterns.
Reclaiming embodiment: a spirituality rooted in the body
Some people feel more intensely — whether it is bodily tension, emotions, or the stimuli of the outer world.
When these sensations do not find a channel for integration, they can accumulate, leading to fatigue, a sense of overload, or a form of withdrawal from the world.
My approach speaks especially to those whose deep sensitivity has not yet found a clear path for expression and integration. It supports the transition from hypersensitivity experienced as a burden to a sensitivity that is open, clear, and a source of inner momentum.
Safety, respect, and a non-forcing approach
Each session takes place within a safe and supportive framework, where touch, rebouteux techniques, and gentle mobilizations are always adjusted to what the body is ready to experience — without force, without haste, and without imposed objectives.
Far from any rough manipulation or standardized techniques, the work unfolds through attentive presence, allowing the body to “speak” and to be truly heard.
An ongoing process for lasting regulation
Rebouteux work and somato-emotional support unfold over time when needed.
It is a process of deep integration rather than momentary relief, allowing the body to regain a more settled and sensitive organization, a clearer presence to oneself, and a freer relationship with the surrounding world.
