Therapeutic Support

Somato-Emotional Rebalancing Journey

A somatic and somato-emotional form of support aimed at relieving tension, easing stress, and releasing what remains held in the body — not only on a physical level, but within its sensitive, emotional, and adaptive dimensions.

Here, the body is not an object to be fixed, but a living terrain that speaks, responds, and seeks to complete what has been left unfinished, in order to regain greater fluidity, presence, and clarity.

Who Is This Support For ?

This form of support is indicated when the body is “holding,” compensating, or becoming exhausted to the point that:

  • recurrent or long-standing bodily tensions persist,

  • deep fatigue or nervous overload sets in,

  • blockages, rigidity, or withdrawal manifest in the body,

  • movement and breathing have lost their sense of freedom.

It is particularly relevant when the body carries an emotional or adaptive imprint, whether consciously or not — as strategies of adjustment and protection profoundly shape the way we inhabit and engage with the world.

The Intention of the Work

The purpose of this form of support is to:

  • calm the nervous system,

  • soften physical and emotional tension held in the body,

  • restore mobility, breath, and grounded stability,

  • support deep and lasting regulation rather than short-term relief.

This process unfolds over time, as the body needs safety and continuity in order to truly change.

The Framework

  • The framework is an integral part of the process:

    • a structured pathway, generally over 4 to 5 sessions,

    • individual sessions, adapted to what emerges here and now,

    • session length: 1 to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on what is right for the body,

    • a rhythm usually every 2 to 3 weeks, allowing the body time to integrate what has been experienced,

    • somatic, somato-emotional, and integrative bodywork, adjusted at each session,

    • open verbal expression, without heavy mental analysis — only what naturally emerges from the experience.

This framework is designed to provide safety, depth, and continuity, which are essential conditions for lasting transformation.

What This Can Support

      • This form of support may help to:

        • restore freer breathing,

        • support a gradual reduction of pain,

        • release deep-seated tension,

        • calm the nervous system,

        • improve sleep quality,

        • foster a stronger sense of inhabiting the body,

        • cultivate greater inner clarity and bodily awareness.

Rather than seeking to “fix” the body, the intention is to support it in rediscovering its natural capacity for balance, regulation, and presence.
